This is my first post on WordPress.com! I tried out a couple of themes (under “Presentation” on Dashboard) and settled on one called Unsleepable, because it supports Widgets. This means I can use a nice drag-and-drop tool to modify the sidebars.
There is a lot more you can do with WordPress than just blogging. You can create Pages too, and Sub-Pages, and categorize things so that sidebars and indexes are automatically updated. And you can add RSS feeds, Flickr photos. It quickly becomes more of an….. e-portfolio!
